Kathleen "Kathy" Kelley

Kathleen (Kathy) M. Kelley is a Manchester native and is currently serving her fifth term as a city-wide member of the Manchester School Board.
 Kathy is also part owner of the Richard E Kelley Insurance Agency, located in downtown
Manchester.
 
Kathy has deep roots in Manchester and the surrounding community. She was born
and raised in Manchester and is the seventh child of Richard and Pauline (Martel) Kelley. Kathy graduated from Manchester Central High School in 1989
before attending George Washington University.
 
Professionally, Kathy is a Manchester small business owner. Over the last decade, Kathy has owned and operated the Richard E. Kelley Insurance Company, R
& P Agency LLC with her father, Richard. The company specializes in commercial and personal life, health, property, casualty and liability insurance.

 
Because of her deep commitment to her native Manchester, Kathy serves her community in many ways. She has been elected at-large to the Manchester School Board 5 times and serves on many School Board Committees, including the Teacher Negotiation Committee, the School Safety Committee, and the Finance Committee.

 
In addition to serving on the Manchester School Board, Kathy has been active in many youth and adult athletic leagues, including coaching Manchester East Little League and Manchester North Soccer League among others.
 
Kathy is married to James Ramsey and together they have 3 children, Kevin, Katie, and Brendan. They also have one grandchild, Taylor. Kevin and Katie will
be entering their senior year at Manchester Central High school in the fall.
